Five Elements Studio began as a martial arts school in 2012. The Bradley Beach location operated from that time until 2021.

Since then our services have evolved to include Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine,

Tai Chi and Qigong Programs for health and wellness, as well as traditional martial arts clubs.
